**STAY TUNED FOR UPDATED BLOG POSTS, COMING SOON**
Rebecca Renfrow is a 30 year old Certified Holistic Nutritionist based in the West Kootenays of British Columbia, Canada.
Wife and mother of 4, Rebecca started her nutritional studies in the early spring of 2016, with Alive Academy of Natural Health under their Nutritional Consulting Diploma Program. She received her first diploma for Applied Nutrition, giving her the designation of CHN, in late spring of 2018. She continues her studies for her 2nd diploma in pursuit of the designation of RNCP (Registered Nutritional Consulting Practitioner).
Rebecca grew up in a small town outside of Calgary Ab, and moved to BC in the summer of 2010. After 6 years her and her family took a leap and were able to buy their first home in Trail BC, where they now call home.
In 2014, and after giving birth to her 4th and final child, Rebecca started her journey of health and wellness with a mission to finally alleviate her extreme digestive pains and symptoms of GERD (gastrointestinal reflux disorder). After successfully getting her weight to a healthier space, and slowly finding a love for food and health Rebecca decided to start a blog, now know as Sweat & Cinnamon. Once she began to delve into the world of wellness and nutrition she felt the pull, if not the necessity, to properly educate herself further.
As time goes by her passion for cooking, eating, sharing and learning about nutritional foods, and being an advocate for health in all aspects, continues to grow immensely.
Rebecca has found a calling in working to rid the health world of the stigma of “all or nothing”. One can most certainly be a healthy person while still enjoying all that life has to offer. She strives to help others settle into a realistic way of living that becomes natural to them. She wants others to find their love of health and food and life by scrapping the feeling of needing to do it right, all the time, or not at all.
Rebecca also believes that everyone should have access to affordable nutritional care, and has made it her promise, once practicing, to provide services at a rate as low and as competitive as possible. She also strives to prove that healthy living and eating well is not just for the rich.
